Event Information

  • We are not responsible for event cancellations or changes
  • You should verify event details with organizers before attending

Payments and Subscriptions

Some features of the Service may require payment:

Web Payments

Payments made through our website are processed by Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe's terms of service. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

In-App Purchases (iOS)

Purchases made through the iOS app are processed by Apple. These purchases are subject to Apple's terms and refund policies. To request a refund for an in-app purchase, you must contact Apple directly.

Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial periods.

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by of-service and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Service, but grant us a license to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with the Service.

We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We are not responsible for any events you attend or any interactions with event organizers or other attendees.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OF-SERVICE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

You may terminate your account at any time by deleting it from your Profile settings.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
